OFFICE FOR EQUALITY, DIVERSION AND INCLUSION (OEDI)
OEDI is set up as a multidisciplinary research and policy office to promote equitable treatment, fostering diversity, and ensuring inclusive practices within the EUL and encouraging collaboration among diverse groups to build a more inclusive community. The Office consists of academic and administrative staff working tirelessly to lead the students in their professional expertise on the issues of equity, equality and diversity. The Office adopts a holistic approach by embracing diversity and equality of each student to foster their safety, security and unique characteristics in their educational setting. Within this framework, the OEDI is fully committed to embedding the culture of equality, diversity and inclusion into all other goals, strategies and principles of the EUL. Overall, the OEDI plays a crucial role to create an environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute fully.
In its activities, OEDI focuses on some specific actions covering Inclusive Education and Employment, Community Engagement and Collaboration, Policy Development and Implementation Monitoring and Reporting among many others.
