The United Nations aims to achieve sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources, minimize waste, and promote environmentally sound practices throughout the production and consumption lifecycle.
The United Nations’ Objectives
The United Nations envisions a world where consumption and production do not harm the environment, where resources are used efficiently, and where waste is minimized. SDG 12 addresses the need for sustainable practices in manufacturing, consumption, and waste management to ensure a healthier planet for current and future generations.
