Environmental Sustainability Research Centre
The Environmental Sustainability Research Centre aims to promote and advance research, innovation, and education focused on sustainability challenges. The centre serves as a hub for interdisciplinary research, collaboration, and the development of solutions that address environmental, social, and economic sustainability in EUL. The centre’s research and activities align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals cover a broad range of issues, such as clean water, affordable and clean energy, responsible consumption, climate action, and more. The Centre works to drive innovation, provide education, and create impactful solutions for the global sustainability challenges of today and tomorrow. The staff of the centre also contributes to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs and supervises master’s and PhD theses as well. Through their work, the centre not only contributes to solving pressing global issues but also provides students and communities with the knowledge and tools to create a more sustainable world.
