EUL Students Made a Difference Through Community Service Practices

Students of the European University of Lefke (EUL) are carrying out activities aimed at increasing social responsibility awareness within the scope of the Community Service Practices course. In this context, various activities were organized in collaboration with the Lefke Environment and Pioneer Women Association, aiming to support women and strengthen social solidarity.

Within the framework of the projects carried out, students came together with women who are members of the Lefke Environment and Pioneer Women Association and organized both social and educational activities. During the events, efforts were made to implement activities that would contribute to the women’s daily lives while also ensuring that participants spent enjoyable and productive time together.

Students emphasized that within the scope of the community service activities, they aimed to support women’s more active participation in social life, stating that the events organized strengthened the sense of solidarity among women and enhanced mutual interaction.

This collaboration with the Lefke Environment and Pioneer Women Association provided students with an important experience in developing social awareness. The activities carried out contributed to promoting the spirit of community service and strengthening social solidarity at the local level.
